Mentoring for Ceredigion County Council Aberystwyth Market Hall Tenants
As well as creating a brand and marketing assets for Aberystwyth Market Hall, InSynch offered mentoring to tenants in the market hall.
Farm Diversification Scheme 2012-13
InSynch successfully delivered mentoring under this scheme to a number of beneficiaries. Excellent feedback was received from the recipients.
InSynch undertook extensive research and produced a scoping study on a Virtual Mid Wales for Tourism Partnership Mid Wales.
Strategy Development for Local Government
Recent work includes writing an eMarketing Strategy for the Tourism department of Powys County Council and a SWOT analysys for the iSpeed project on ICT policies and tourism.
Welsh Government Consultancy
InSynch was involved on a consultancy basis formulation of the new ICT Diagnostic process, after being engaged by the Welsh Government eBusiness Team.
InSynch has further delivered consultancy work to private businesses and tourism groups, working with groups of people (e.g. Radnorshire Farm and Country Holidays, Green Events.) to draw together a cohesive strategic direction.
Business Networks Meirionnydd
InSynch also facilitated a Meirionnydd tourism association network (contracted by TPMW) and developed a social networking platform for them to use.
Business Networks Monmouthshire
Recently, InSynch has conducted consultancy work with Monmouthshire Council on creating digital networks.
Business Mentoring in the Brecon Beacons
InSynch has delivered one-to-one mentoring to 30 businesses in the Brecon Beacons area.
Delivery of workshops to over 500 tourism businesses in Wales on ICT subjects, with consistently high satisfaction rates and post training impact surveys
Opportunity Wales 2005-2007 – Powys
InSynch was contracted by Opportunity Wales and Powys County Council to deliver this European Funded project enabling businesses to make better use of eCommerce. InSynch project managed the delivery and provided support to over 630 businesses

InSynch was contracted by Opportunity Wales to provide eCommerce consultancy services throughout the counties of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire
