We recently worked with Aber Food Surplus on creating their new brand identity. Aber Food Surplus is an organisation aiming to reduce food waste in Aberystwyth and to ensure that edible food is redistributed and fed to bellies not bins!
Aber Food Surplus came to us wanting a professional, fresh and vibrant logo which was inclusive and fun. After the logo development was complete we interviewed Chris to ask for his feedback.
Interview with Chris:
InSynch: What did you want from your new logo?
Chris: We wanted a positive and vibrant feel and captured the ethos of our social enterprise, which is inclusive, innovative and has a strong environmental core and community approach.
InSynch: What are your thoughts on your new logo design that InSynch have produced for you?
Chris: We love the new logo. It’s professional, eye-catching and fresh, as well as importantly being bilingual and this incorporated into the logo in a great way.
InSynch: Was the logo design process easy throughout?
Chris: Yes, the logo design process was easy and it made us think about our brand identity. The feedback and comments were taken on board by our lovely designer, Donna, who made amendments and proposed new ideas.
InSynch: Did we achieve what you wanted from your new Logo Design?
Chris: Yes, thank you, you have achieved what we wanted in that also we are now able to move forward with an active community presence and campaign development. We have already received positive comments about the logo!
